We work with trusted courier partners, both in India and internationally, including Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, DHL, Aramex, and others. This ensures safe, reliable, and timely delivery of your orders.

Domestic & International Shipping
Shipping Charges
- Domestic (India): Free shipping across India on all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).
- International: Shipping charges are calculated per kilogram and displayed at checkout based on your order weight.
Taxes & Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional charges as per your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
- Please check your country’s import policies before placing an international order. Returns and cancellations are not available for international shipments.
- If customs duties remain unpaid or an order is refused, Fashion Leela will not be liable for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Shipping Timelines
- Since all our outfits are handcrafted, please allow 15–20 working days for dispatch (domestic and international).
- During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (such as strikes or curfews), dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10–15 working days. Customers will be notified via email in case of delays.
Receiving Order Guidelines
To ensure smooth delivery and claim support:
- Record an unboxing video and capture time-stamped photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, tampered, or opened parcel, kindly refuse the delivery and record a video/photos as proof.
- Share the visuals along with your order number via email at support@fashionleela.com so our team can assist you promptly.
Order Process & Tracking
- Once your order is confirmed, it enters our processing system.
- After passing quality checks and secure packaging, the order is handed over to our courier partners.
- You will receive a unique tracking ID via email once the order is dispatched. Use this ID to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
- We currently ship to 220+ destinations worldwide. Shipping availability for your region will be shown at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid & COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available for domestic orders in India.
- COD is applicable for orders with a maximum value of ₹10,000.
International Orders
- Only prepaid payment options are available.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and other international payment gateways including PayPal and PayU.
Credit Note Usage
- Any issued credit note will be sent to your registered email ID.
- Valid for a one-time use only and must be redeemed within 3 months of issue.
Important Notes
- Items marked under ‘Sale’ are strictly non-returnable.
- As our products are handcrafted, occasional delays may occur. In case of unavoidable delays, Fashion Leela may issue a full refund of the order value, but shall not be legally held responsible for shipment delays.
