Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Fashion Leela, we prioritize your satisfaction and ensure every product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Please review our policies below to understand how exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

Exchange Policy

Product Accuracy & Quality Checks

  • All product listings are described in detail with the utmost accuracy.
  • Each order goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available for customers within India.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Exclusions: Bags, jewelry, and home décor items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
  • Color & Fabric Variations: Slight differences in color or fabric material will not qualify for an exchange request.

Exchange Process

  1. Request Submission: Contact us at support@fashionleela.com within 24–48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
  2. Processing Fee: A fee of ₹300 per product applies. Please share the payment proof via email.
  3. Direct Shipping (Optional): You may ship the product directly to us. Our team will provide the address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier name, and proof of dispatch (POD). Fashion Leela will not be liable for any loss during transit.
  4. Reverse Pickup: If preferred, we can arrange a reverse pickup once the processing fee is paid.
  5. Inspection & Dispatch: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 7–10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  6. Credit Note: If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the item’s value, valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Prepaid & COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Prepaid Orders: For cancellations, we can issue either:
    • A credit note (valid for 90 days), or
    • An exchange with another item of equal value.

Fashion Leela Cancellations

We may cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Material unavailability
  • Incorrect product listing or pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s registered bank account. Customers will be notified by email.

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations of prepaid orders may incur a 2–3% deduction (payment gateway fees).

Refund Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or issue refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Sale Items: All items marked as ‘Sale’ are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Credit Note Validity

  • Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed on www.fashionleela.com only.
