We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery, which is why we partner with leading courier services in India and worldwide, including Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DHL, Aramex, and others. This enables us to provide you with reliable and efficient delivery of all your Fashion Lela orders.

Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic Orders (India):

• Enjoy FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

International Orders:

• Shipping fees apply for orders outside India, calculated per kilogram.
• The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

• International shipments may attract import duties, customs charges, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
• These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
• Please check your country’s tax policies before placing an international order.
• We do not offer returns or cancellations for international shipments.
• If customs charges are not paid or the order is refused, Fashion Lela will not be liable for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Timelines

• All our outfits are handcrafted, so please allow 15–20 working days for dispatch for both domestic and international orders.
• During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political unrest, natural delays, or public curfews), dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10–15 days.
• Customers will be notified via email or phone in case of delays.

Order Receiving Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery and quality checks:

• Please record an unboxing video and take photos with a timestamp within 48 hours of delivery.
• If your parcel is damaged or opened on delivery, please record a video, take photos, and do not accept the parcel.
• Share the images, video, and order number with us via email at support@fashionleela.com, and we will assist you promptly.

Order Processing

• Once you place an order, it enters our processing system.
• After quality checks and secure packaging, the order is handed over to our delivery partners.
• A tracking number will be shared with you via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
• Orders can be tracked directly on the courier partner’s website.
• We ship to 220+ destinations worldwide. Shipping eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.

Order Cancellation

• Prepaid & COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel, email us at support@fashionleela.com with your order number.
• Cancellations beyond 24 hours are not accepted as items move into production.

• Valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• Can only be used once on our official website.

Important Notes

• Products purchased under Sale/Discounts are non-returnable.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, occasional delays may occur.
• In rare cases of significant delay, Fashion Lela will issue a refund, but shall not be held legally liable for delays caused by external factors.
